    OEM 16" 500 Sport wheels

I bought a set of 16" OEM 500 Sport refurbished wheels and a set of Nexen nfaria 195/45/16 tires. Will these work on my 500 Pop without any problems? Can I reuse the TPMS sensors from the stock 15" steel wheels?

    Thanks

They will work fine although you will find the ride a little rougher due to the low profile tires. The TPMS sensors may also be reused. Also the correct torque for the alloy wheels is 75 ft/lbs.

Fwiw the cold tire inflation pressure on my '13 Sport (same wheels) is 35psi/front and 30psi/ rear.

What Rustbucket says: 35 Front, 30 Rear. Same wheels and tires on Abarth 38 Front, 32 Rear. (Abarths use different springs and shocks) The higher pressures will give a 'crisper' ride.

Thanks again! Why the lower psi for the rear? Just wondering, I am a new owner and love learning facts about the 500.

The rear of the car is much lighter than the front and needs less air in the tires as a result.
