Euro+Drive Am I doing something wrong?

Hey EC,

I uploaded my stock file to the portal two days ago and haven't gotten any kind of response/acknowledgment/mapping files/etc. I've emailed your tuning email address and gotten no response. Instructions say the maps for my car will be available in 24 hours after I upload my stock file.

Do you see my stock file? Do you need anything else from me? Can you give me an ETA for my new mapping files?

im sure everything is fine. Toby has been glued to the dyno for the past 2 days which is likely why you don’t have your map files yet. I typically tell people 72 hours. Im sure you will probably see them today or tomorrow. Worth the wait for sure!

Thanks Bryan. I honestly was getting concerned since I haven't heard a peep from EC.

I'm going out of town tomorrow for the weekend so I'll have to wait until next week now anyway.

I apologize for the delay with the calibration files, we generally like to have them to you in 24-48hrs, this was a special circumstance where a car required extensive dyno work.

Toby will get getting the tune files out today to people.

Just wanted to update this and let EC, especially Toby, know that I appreciate their dedication. Toby uploaded my files just after 2am this morning. Thanks!

I'm headed out of town this morning and won't be able to load any new mappings until maybe Sunday.
