Have you guys ever thought about having it a bit later, cold nights, slush on the front of peoples cars last year, something to think about

That's possibly a good idea but NGEN is doing theirs this year in April I think I saw and might make a difference in attendance for the event in Tennessee maybe. The snow stinks though.

If I'm not mistaken, Brett has already changed the date of FotD to May 3-5. At least thats what I remember seeing on their Facebook page. Coincidentally, that is the same weekend as Minis on the Dragon. It'll be cool if the two groups could meet up and have like small car cruise or something.

Same weekend as MOTD, LOL, do you realize how many cars/people they pull, there's not even going to be rooms available let alone room out there....have fun with that guys. Have you guys considered doing this in the fall, a lot less traffic.

Right, not ideal at all to mix in with the Mini group as they pull somewhere close to 1,000 car I think I read at one point and if I'm right that was several years ago.

It'd be complete chaos and not much fun due to the congestion which happens when you have only 150 or so cars trying to share the same twisty roads.

There was some talk about not doing the guided drives and just handing out maps to everybody. It seemed like there were a lot of people on board with the idea. Me personally, I don't mind going off on my own or with a smaller group. As for MotD, they usually stay on the NC side, while Fotd stay on the TN side. IDK, I think I might opt for the Twisted Sisters run in TX since I have not had a chance to go to it.
