At Fiat on the Dragon

Several people got here early today for the event. Looking forward to seeing what all people have done to their car. So far I have seen cars from NY, WV, KY, TN, IN, MI, GA. Will be looking for more.

It was an awesome weekend. I got to a couple of runs through the Dragon and the Skyway. I only did one pass through the Devil’s Triangle. It was great meeting everyone and hearing all the great stories from the weekend.

Some of the other tags I noticed were TX, PA, CN, AR, MS, AL, IL, IN. I am sure there were others but I can not recall. There was one person there from Vancouver, Canada. I talked with him several times and he stated that he was having a very good time. I do believe that a good time was had by all even with the bad weather.

Picture 1. - This is the Alfa that was at the LA show last year. Alfa trucked into the event for us all to see.
Picture 2. - Lining up to leave for the Dragon.
Picture 3. - The sign says it all.
Picture 4. - At the bottom of Fontana Dam. It is the tallest dam East of the MS. Stands over 430 feet high.
Picture 5. - A group at the top of the Dam breaking for lunch. Many walked out on to the Dam. The drop is quite impressive.

Took one last ride down the Foothills Pkwy on the way home. This morning the top of the mountains had snow on their tops an many poked up through the clouds.
