    Madness MaxPower Bluetooth Syncing Problems

    I installed a Madness MaxPwer ECM this weekend and I can not get the Bluetooth functionality to work. The instructions from Madness are not very clear so I am unsure if I am doing it correctly. Has anyone else on here had trouble getting the blue tooth to work on their Madness ECM?

    I tried to call madness but could not get through to even leave a message, and I have sent them an e-mail but have not heard back. I am hoping someone here may be able to offer some help.

    Call Madness until they answer. Follow prompts to sales. Never had issues with them NOT helping.

    Did you manage to make it through to them?

    I've called them on multiple inquiries and, so long as I called during business hours, I have always managed to get through to someone. The challenge for me is I live in Maryland and the office I call is in California, so there is a 3 hour time difference. But every time I have called they have been extremely helpful.

    They are wirking with me. Still haven’t got the problem worked out but it looks as if they are going to send me a new ECM box
