Cool thread! If you spin the wheel and it is rough, noisy or has play that is not a good thing. Depending on how the car is driven, we have seen bearings get noisy at around 30K. As for the bulb, did you swap bulbs or just do a visual inspection. Bulbs can blow out and not be noticeable. I would use a multimeter to check for voltage first and then look for a fuse. The sockets and connection can also be a problem. and that can be determined more easily with a multimeter.
