Maysville Country Harvest Parade Saturday 9/16

Meet up is at the Maysville, MO high school (601 w main st, Maysville, MO) no later than 11 am for parade line up. Bring candy to throw. In the past, our little bambinos have always been a hit (even taking blue ribbons). Frank is still finalizing things...but sounds like we'll have members of the Missouri River Rollers (local women's roller derby team) with us...and if Andrew gets it off, he may be bbq'ing afterwards. Parade starts at noon I believe. I'll post more info as Frank/Cars-A-Nostra updates us.

Now this sounds like a good time! I love small town parades. We have one in the community I grew up in that features more shiny old tractors than you'll see at most shows. It's nice to see regular people out having fun.

It is. We've done the Maysville parade twice. We did another parade last year in a different town with the roller derby girls and that was a blast as they skated by, did some of their "tricks"..etc. Just had to keep a close eye on them and the kids as we threw candy.
