Turbo w/ Hella 500 Aux Lights! (Custom Brackets)

    Hey Peeps!

Check out my very dirty car with Hella 500 Black Magic auxiliary driving lights. Unlike the last time I did this, these brackets are metal and they're mounted to the metal bumper underneath the fascia. Very bright, and very wide beam spread. Perfect for night hooning and rally car posing. Also legitimately awesome for any dark alpine road; it's light having my own personal sun!

The metal-to-metal backet set-up minimizes flopping and bouncing of the lights; they're really sturdy. Even kid tested (I saw a kid pulling on them at Starbucks a few weeks ago; didn't break, bend, or even move!)

Complete with quick-release connectors for the lights, so the fascia can be removed easily after unplugging the lights and undoing on bolt per light.

    - Juliette

I think the dirty aspect makes it look better... what else would one expect from rallying?

Thanks guys! One of my favorite things I've added to a car for both looks and function.

Are you planning on turning this beast into a Rally runner? Tires, suspension etc.?

    Hey there!

Lol, so, my intentions for this car are not quite that extreme, but a little bit in that direction. Once I'm out-of-warranty, I want to add the Bilstein coilovers, Brembo brakes, and some kind of ECU/Piggyback sitch. Because this car is my daily driver right now, it needs to retain the interior and I don't want a cage in it because I don't wanna have to wear a full face helmet in a car, lol.

Longer term - it depends on what I do for a next car. If a buy something else as a daily driver, I could see turning this into more of a hoonbox. But because every other car on that shortlist is more powerful and also a more dedicated driving weapon, I can't really see messing with this one too much beyond brakes/suspension/power for on-road purposes. I also don't see wanting to let it go, either. It's got a great personality which makes it fun to commute in.

Looks great! What size lights are those? I'm looking to add a set to my Abarth. Also, was any custom wiring needed to get them to function?
