It sounds like it could be a transmission issue or a problem from the car sitting for a while. It's a good idea to have a mechanic check it out.

Looking for recommendations for a Fiat service center near Boston, MA

I just purchased a 2012 Fiat 500 Lounge used. In search of recommendations for a quality service center near Boston. My adventure in finding a dealership for the clutch recall service alone has not given me a lot of confidence. I'd love some stories of excellent customer service and recommendations for *any* type of service center who can be trusted to do mechanical work.

Yes. I went clear to the FIAT dealer in Norwood. Terrible experience. I'm still due for the clutch recall to be completed and I'd just like to have a quality relationship with a FIAT dealer. Seems that is just too much to ask of dealerships these days. My go to service center is Floods in Stoneham. I may just take the little guy there but I really wanted a specialist.

Does anyone have any other thoughts?

I’m also looking for a good place to take my 2013 Abarth, it just threw a P1062 which sounds pretty serious. I’d like to take it somewhere where they won’t just throw in the most expensive part and call it a day. I don’t have a ton of confidence in Fiat of Danvers.
