Fuses and relays layout for 500X needed.

So, I am trying to figure out why radiator fan kicks in and stays on when it's raining.
FIAT cannot say much as I never managed to get to them when it was happening.

Therefore, I need to tap into fan relays (I am installing two 12 V control LED) to see when they get activated. I tried fuses, but they are always hot.
I found in the manual fuses layout, but there is no mention of the relays.

Please help...
