    Owner: SVAGO 1 - '15 500 Sport - RED

I just bought my first Fiat two days ago. A 2015 500 Sport with 4,300 miles on it.

By the time I got home it was too dark to take pictures, and it has been raining ever since, but it is a factory 500 in Red.

I'm planning on putting a short shifter in it, as the shift is long. I am looking at the TWM Short Shifter and the NeuSpeed Short Shift Adapter.

And I ordered Weathertech Floor Mats for it. I'll post pictures soon and document here what I do to it...

I drive a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport Prima Edizione #227 Girgio. I have never owned an Italian car before but after 4 years of driving this car I still find it the most enjoyable car I have ever had. I have just reached 68 years of age but this car makes me feel like a kid with his first car. I trust you will enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine.

You will see by my signature I have had a lot of fun with modifications to my car. I highly recommend a suspension upgrade. There are many ways to go with the suspension but it is one of the most dramatic changes you can make to the car. The lowering springs I put on my car made a huge improvement in how the car feels and my level of enjoyment.

Sorry... Couldn't help myself. One of my hobbies is quilting, and one of my quilting friends is an Alabama fan. Our club did a "Mug Rug Swap and Make". Each of us got someone's name and that person gave us fabric, and then from the fabric received we made a mug rug for the donor of the fabric. Knowing I am a Buckeye Fan, she sent me Alabama Fabric. So, I made her a proper "mug rug"...

    First Pictures

So, I said I would post some pics for this "journal of my Fiat 500 ownership". The weather finally cleared up, so, here are photos of my car as received. A 2015, 500 Sport with 4,300 miles. Not even in service for 1 year yet. Here she is:

Very "standard from the factory"... At least for now.
