    - Remove your stock sill plates (obviously)
    - Remove any residual adhesive left from the stock sill plates with goo-gone
    - Wash and clean the area of any residual goo-gone (soap and then some quick detailer)
    - Prep both surfaces with the alcohol wipes (back of door sills and sill area of vehicle)
    - Place (2) strips of 3M double-sided molding tape the length of each of carbon fiber door sills
    - Use the alignment marks on both sides of the sill and vehicle for accurate placement
    - Adhere the new sills and apply pressure across the entire sill

Had some suspension work done this past week.

    - Neuf Lowering Springs
    - Neuf Rear Torsion Bar
    - Koni Yellow Rear Shocks
    - New OEM Front Strut Mounts
    - Energy Bump Stops

The car is LOW and it looks great, however I'm currently not satisfied with the ride quality. I have to adjust the rear shocks again as they're still too stiff and the car is a tad too bouncy. In addition, because I have the Magnetti Mareli exhaust system which is not meant for the US market Abarth, the exhaust will clunk against the new thicker 28mm Neuf torsion bar. On the plus side; the car does handle infinitely better than before and has much better road manners at higher speeds.

    I'll have to;

    A) Swap back to my stock exhaust
    B) Try to find stiffer polyurethane exhaust hangers and try to tuck the MM exhaust up a little bit more....or
    C) Put my stock torsion bar back on

In addition, I should have just done the front yellow Konis too....maybe next month.

Looks great with a nice drop. Pics really make it stand out in color and the gas cap. From your sig to the background pic of your SS...the other sleeper I want to add to my stable.

Did you have to cut the bump stops? What adjustment turn settings did you use? Wanted to know because I went with the exact same setup. Ran the torsion bar and chassis braces for the last 6 months that was a good upgrade Just got the Koni yellow f/r shocks and NeuF springs. I waited because there was too many choices.

I used Energy bump stops and I don't believe they need to be cut. Because my Magneti Marelli exhaust was banging into the torsion bar on heavier bumps, the shocks were set to a stiffer setting. I plan on adjusting the rear shock to a soft setting and replacing all of the exhaust hangers with some Torque Solutions polyeurthane mounts...that should eliminate any exhaust movement and even tuck it up just a bit more. Yeah, the SS is sweeeeet. I have some Kooks headers and an X-pipe being installed in 2weeks and then re-dyno tuned.
