    Coolant Drip

I've searched a little bit and it appears that the Abarth with a coolant drip is a very common issue (yeah for me). My brand new 2015 Abarth with now 1500 miles on the ODO seems to have inherited this little issue. From what I can tell, the leak is coming from the overflow tank hose with the "crimped" clamp that may not be tight enough. In addition, I was was wondering if this issue tends to pop up when the weather is extremely frigid. Here is WI we're experiencing temps in the single digits during the day and negatives at night.

The soonest I can get the car serviced is Monday the 16th...Can someone supply the part# for the purple coolant? As of right now my coolant level is just a hair below MIN when cold.

I had a fluid leak on my 2015 when I got it. Ended up it was the windshield washer fluid tank.

    This is definitely coolant.

You can see it puddling right at the hose connection

My '13 just had its upper radiator hose and clamp replaced. Studio should get you taken care of.

Placed a zip tie above the stock clamp that has seem to act as a temporary fix. I parked the Abarth in the garage last night and there was no coolant drip after sitting for 12 hours. The drip tends to occur when outside in extreme cold temperatures (which we have been experiencing as of recent). I'll park the car outside for the night to see if the zip tie did in fact solve the issue.

Fyi: Here is the new MOPAR 50/50 pre-diluted (pinkish/purple) coolant if anyone is curious on what you'll need. Price through the dealership was $28.00 for a gallon
