124 Spider America Special Edition - 'murica can't have it.

Who is going to be the first to import those wheels and that luggage rack?

I do not like the luggage rack and I know it is subjective but I do like the wheels. Kind of throw backs to the original on the 124

Nice enough, but I can live without it. Fewer wheel spokes = less cleaning time, though. But I couldn't even fill up an already-huge 124 trunk; a luggage rack would be just an extra doodad to clean around.

Seems too early to start with special editions, doesn't it?

Yes and with a gas tank you can really fill up you don't need the space for extra gas as in "tidy whitey" case. Time to leave the smart fold again and join the Fiat crowd. Or maybe like me.... one of each.

Ugh... let's not mention the 's' word, please!

With 11.9 gallons and 35+ MPG, there'll be no need ever to look back!!

I average 20mpg and have about a 200 mile range so a bit larger tank would come in handy.

Last weekend we went to Palm Springs then to Temecula Wine country and that trunk was PACKED to the lid, literally. I'm not sure if the luggage rack will go on my car but I've been considering it. The way it looks to me, it is removable but hard to tell in the picture.

As far as those options, they're all right here and according to my local dealer they just got the U.S. accessories catalog in so I'm going to be taking a look at that as soon as I can.

Those wheels are OUTSTANDING, those need to be on the car as an option, look to be 18's too.
