Passenger Door Weatherstrip & headliner

So I've had my Abarth for 2 months now. Loving it! But I just noticed a weirdness of the passenger door weather strip. It makes a big curve at the top as you look (with the door open) from the back of the door to the front. See pic. Not that easy to see, but once you see it, you can't unsee it! Also, the trim at the bottom of the window does not line up with the continuation of the trim below the rear window. It sticks out about 3/8" when the door is closed.

I have contacted my local dealer, and they have me set up with a service appointment; and said the part is already in - so that's nice. Just wondering if anybody else has noticed something like this?

Also, the headliner is pealing away from the backing board at the windshield in front of the passenger side. Just a little bit, but again, I can't unsee it.

Got my car back from the dealer yesterday. They talked me out of replacing the weather strip and just have the door adjusted. That was completed by mid day. The car was sent to a body shop where they adjusted the door so now the weather strip at the bottom of the window, (and the window part of the door for that matter) now sits against the car cleaner. I'm still concerned about the seal around the door at the top, but he said that putting a new one on would be likely to be just as bad, or worse. I know I'm being picky, but when you spend over $20k on a new car I expect the seals and panel fittings to be correct. And don't even get me started on the plastic/rubber seals on the A pillar!!
