I'm thinking of re-doing it in Alcantara Fabric.
3M make a large range of spray adhesive. Do a lot of little pie shape cuts around sharp curves, from the rear.

You get the stuff together and I'm up for giving it a shot. I want Alcantara on Mirabella.

Did you do the door panels as well? If so how well did those come out. I want to do this to my wifes.

I did not do the door panels. They were done with the seats in leather.

How, or specifically where can I pull the instrument and radio surround off without damaging the edges and or a clip? It seems fragile and I don't want to just grab and pull off. Is there a specific edge or corner to start on?

I just grabbed the lip around the instrument cluster and top of the dash and pulled. Then I worked it around. It will be tight but it will come off. The outer vents also just pop out. The center ones come out with the cluster/stereo surround.

How do you get the left side dash panel off? I removed the fuse panel and see two screws, a small one and a large one. Are these the two screws?

Its Ok! I figured it out. Got the dashboard swapped from the cheap shiny black plastic to the stone finish dashboard. Only one post was bent during removal and two clips went missing into the bowels of the dash. Luckily the replacement panels had all the clips and posts intact.
