I liked both the Dart and 200 and I felt like both were good cars and a tremendous value. The inherent problem was that they were not substantially better than any of the competition. Those cars needed to be world beaters and priced below the competition. They just weren't and were not selling. The average person shopping for a Toyota Corolla is not going to cross shop a Dodge or Chrysler because of negative brand equity.

A hard and expensive lesson to learn but you gotta cut your losses when something doesn't work out. Sell what people want.

I think FCA needs to either just concentrate on their strong points (trucks, jeeps and challenger) or get some new models. The 300/charger is old Mercedes-benz E Class leftover from the divorce. I really think they are just around for police customers at this point. I think its hard to bring European models straight over and expect success just as it almost impossible to sell North American models any where else. I think the Alfa 4c would have been better priced at 130k as a Ferrari/Dino than as a 65-75k Alfa being sold on a lot with Fiats that are not selling. I used to think that Alfa was better off sold with the Fiat versus Maserati/Ferrari but the Fiat studios are so low grade as far as how they sell them that it has really turned disappointing.

I for the most part like my 2015 200 limited 2.4 that my dad bought me. if it had leather, nav I would have keeping it a bit longer. wished they sold it still.

I am looking at a 2013 Dodge Dart Limited with the 1.4T abarth engine. I am hoping I can do some mods to make it sound like a abarth? Any suggestions?
