you do not need a BOV , this car has a diverter alongside the turbo, works differently but serves the same purpose as a BOV the FMIC kits come with everthing you need
CPR 2013 NERO 500T (frankenstein) CPR ENGINE COVER , CPR TUNNEL BRACE , CPR INTERIOR X BRACE , E and D TUNE , BOOST FIX , MEGAN RACING COIL OVERS , 2 1/4"DROP, CUSTOM BORIS STRIPES , V4 , GTR RIMS /FALKIN RT613K TIRES , rear seat delete , CPR weld on rear torsion bar assembly.

Angelo, the diverter is the black (rounded) box located directly below the turbo inlet. You can remove that and do 1 or 2 modifications:

    1. Add a BOV in between the stock diverter valve and the turbo (just noise as far as I know)
    2. Upgrade the stock diverter with the GFB DV+ kit (highly recommend)
    3. Upgrade to the DV+ and add a BOV in between

Install is pretty straightforward on all these items, mostly 3 bolts but the DV+ needs a few components changed out. Took me 1 hr

With that being said, though, the DV and BOV topics aren't related to installing a FMIC

thank you so much for your help, does your DV+ make a different sound? does the turbo still flutter a little bit?

The noise factor is going to depend more on what intake you have and if you put a BOV or not. I'd say the DV+ had a minor impact on noise, if anything the flutter sound is a bit more muted. It's a personal decision, but I have no desire for a BOV noisemaker

The main benefit is holding boost longer and longevity of the DV+ over the stock diverter
