    Finally, proof of what's under my hood, lol.

    I really did put that under the hood brace, so there....WP_20141016_002.jpgWP_20141016_001.jpgWP_20141016_003.jpgWP_20141016_004.jpgWP_20141016_005.jpg

    Also, couple pics of my beloved "Drago", and how detailed I keep her on a daily basis. Not bad for having no garage, car port, or even a car cover.

    Hmm, I noticed the back up sensors on the 2014 hardtop that was not on the 2013 and prior models. I had not noticed this until now. "Drago" looks great David.
    Under my "head" was a bit confusing though.

    Let me fix that. Fingers faster than brain today, been in a mind fog the entire day.

    Studio still says, I have the only Abarth they have ever seen, with the rear sensor option. It was on the order form, and since I liked how it worked on my wife's 500 Lounge, I wanted it as well. On her model, it is standard equipment, just like her auto dimming mirror, but only on the 500 Lounge.

    Nice! Looks like you have a rare option. When you get a chance, set up a garage or album or better yet start a thread on your car in the owners forum here so we can check out your car!

    Drago looks great David, the opposite color scheme to mine.

    Any adjustments required to install the strut tower brace?

    None required. Was the easiest strut tower brace I had ever installed.

    Only tip I think is worth mentioning, is to only finger-tighten loosely, all 4 bolts once you line up the brace, before tightening with a socket/wrench. I had the 2 on the right side pretty well tightened, and then had alignment problems on the opposite side. Easy fix, just re-loosened the first two, the other two lined right up. Then I fully tightened one on each side, then went back and did the other two, then finally checked all four.

    Had no clearance problems with either my CAI or for having the Uni-Chip in place. Opened/Closed the hood a few times to make sure all was well. Wish all mods were that easy to do, this was up to my limited skill/patience level, lol.
    ======================

    Not much of a mod, but did order the new Mopar rear storage compartment mat that is designed for Abarth's with the Beats stereo option. Was about 65 bucks with shipping, worth it to me to keep that end of the car's carpeting like new, plus I do haul all kinds of weird things in the far rear of the car. Will take a pic of that once I get it and install it. Should be a perfect fit.

    Hopefully my car will be ready to be picked up tomorrow with the new RRM Down Pipe w/Cat installed. As I have to swap John M. car back to him at the Studio, now that Euro Fest is over with for another year. I enjoyed driving his car around Friday and Saturday. Nothing subtle about the sound of his beast with the same down pipe. Geez, you can't sneak up on anyone. As we were driving ever so slowly at the show grounds Saturday morning, just about every head was turning to see what was making all that deep angry noise. More than a few participants asked me to start up the car for them, just so they could hear that beautiful, but greatly enhanced, Abarth sound, astounded that all that comes from a 1.4 Liter engine.

    Thanks for posting the pix. I like the look. Have you noticed any gains (i.e., stiffer front end) with the new strut tower brace?

    It doesn't connect the Strut Towers.... It connects the Fender Mounts.
