Yea that would be odd. Big thumbs up to hinda for doing the hybrid manual thing though. Regardless of how well car did.

You mean aside from the fact that they made horrible cars with generic and outdated parts from Mitsubishi which they stole ... I mean partnered?

I really like manual shifting mode in our 2014 500 Sport. All the benefits of an Automatic transmission in stop and go traffic, but almost all the benefits of a manual transmission when driving in other conditions. The automatic downshift as you slow to a stop is handy as well.
An " automatic clutch" option might be a marketable option.

I Agree. It would be even nicer if it had paddle shifters.

    You mean who’s crying now.

Hyundai is very successful here, around the world. They just don’t have anything, as fun to drive. As the 500. The 500, is the top selling city car, in Europe.

This is Hyundai’s city car, sold across Europe, Asia, Australia.
Really a nice little vehicle. The i10.

lots of i30’s in Europe too, especially at rental agencies. Really good manual transmissions. The Veloster’s pretty fun, and made it to my final three before I bought the 500. Hyundai have done a masterful job shedding the ‘crappy car’ image, especially when you toss the Genesis brand into the mix. They’re laughing big time compared to FIAT USA.
I’ve started counting the number of 500 variants I see daily, in SoCal, against other FIAT models.
Today, three 500’s, one 124, and one 500L.
    Zero 500X’s...
