MPx Rear section exhaust - Fiat 500T/ Abarth

So, I've been keeping this quiet for quite sometime now because Corey didnt want me to spill the beans till he was ready ! Corey is finally realeasing a rear section exhaust for our cars and if its like any other Modern Performance exhaust it will be superb! Modern has already made top quality parts and I expect nothing less from Corey and the Gang. This is all made with T304 stainless steel and will be in at Modern Performance within the next week or so. There has been no word yet on the price but from what I hear everyone will be very pleased with the price and quality that has been put into this piece.

For more information here is a link to the exhaust. Please note that the picture is just a proto-type but will essentially be what the final product looks like. More pictures will be posted within the coming week along with the price:

The design works the best to help with the exhaust flow and get rid of that awful T causing a ton of restrictions. This will definitely give your car a mean exhaust note!

Hmm..wonder if I can mate this to the Neu-F mid pipe. Would like to see pic of the tips from the rear though.
Reminds me of Thermal R&D exhausts from back in day.

I know that it's meant to bolt up to the factory midpipe but I couldn't say for sure if it will work with it. There has been some testing with different sections of the exhaust and was little to no gain. As for the pics more will be coming this week. This was meant to get everyone ready for the next big thing. Once I get more information I'll pass it on

We will be offering this through NGEN Customs & Performance within the next week. As tyler stated, the price point will be very attractive. Plus, how it is designed allows for easier shipping which also assists with the cost.

Don't see diameters listed for this or the DP either... Post em up!

The market is DESPERATE for a well made 2.5" exit DP. Will their be a HFC option?
The two most popular exhausts lately at 2.5" midpipes, and at the hp #'s were are seeing that is paramount.

Shagghie, last time I checked in with Corey he was developing a dp for the abarth. I am not sure where he is in the developement process but I think Ill have one on my car fairly soon . We can speed their process up if we show an interest from everyone. I know first hand from other platforms I've had that Modern Performance makes amazing parts so the more people interested in this the better it is for the community.

As for the size I believe its a 2.5'' pipe with 4'' tips but I will get confirmation from Corey for sure once everyone wakes up Not sure what you mean by HFC either.

Something to note too that other companies wont mention about their exhaust is the amount of power an actual exhaust makes. When bolted up this exhaust made about 5 hp, which I admit is not a whole lot. However, every after market rear section is making around if not the exact same amount of power. Why then would you ask do you need an exhaust. Well its because the rear section of the exhaust on the Abarth now is a "T' meaning exhaust gasses are having a harder time getting out of the car. With the MPx exhaust that nasty "T" is eliminated and replaced with a "Y'. This helps the exhaust gasses exit the car a lot easier because the velocity at which the exhaust leaves the car is not crippled. This resulted in a better throttle response and a more peppy car with one mean exhaust note!

Once this is released I'm going to get one as quickly as possible, if not the day it comes out, and get it installed with pictures and a video so you guys can see and hear it. If this exhaust is like any other exhaust Modern Performance makes then this will definitely be a piece you are going to want on your car!
