500L floormats

Just a follow up on these floor mats. Back when I received them without the caps/plugs, I called Aries directly and was told that they do not ship these with plugs or caps.
So I give kudos to Madness for sending out something to those who ordered.

What I received are two-piece plastic caps that require:
1) You remove the original grommet from the mat

2) Snap the two pieces together. They informed me that it would be difficult to remove once attached into the floorboard and might crack or break in the process.

I decided I did not want to mess with doing that so I decided to go with the rubber plug/stopper that is removable (2 per bag/$1.39ea) purchased at Lowe's. Part number in photo and it's rubber and just pushes in.

Again the service and follow up I had with Madness was great and I look to do business with them in the future.
If you ordered from Madness and did not receive the plastic caps, send me a PM and I will mail you what they sent me gratis.

I've had a completely different experience with Aries-
Both the Driver and Passenger mats started peeling on the side. I complained to Aries. Months later, I got a reply saying:
Aries 2923109 StyleGuard Black floor liner set

Sorry for the delay in answering your question about our floor liners and your problem with them separating. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing problem with the mats and I no longer stock them for your Fiat. Therefore, I cannot offer replacements. You can contact Amazon and request a refund if this as not already been resolved.
