Interesting. I'm guessing you don't have an Abarth with Billies, nor the time to check it out but if you can....mind telling me how much shock travel is left? My Billies are not on the car and I live in a condo so the bump stop mods (dirty work) would need ot be done by others .

No I don't anymore I just install them and sell the bilsteins. Like I said you will bottom out on bumpstops before the shock will bottom out.

Hey I installed some bilsteins. My question is did you cut the stock bumpstops or did you cut the bilsteins bumpstop. I'm getting some fairly harsh ride in the rear. I will say I am maxed in the rear to possibly the lowest setting maybe a little left.

rear bilstein bumpstops. Look at how much space you ahve before it hits upper mount. HORRIBLE. They wont change design ive talked to them about this 3 times. So when i sell the kits or install them i just cut the bumpstops.

I wonder whether or not the arrival of the ABARTH 124 Rally (coupled with the 695 Biposto) will create an opportunity to offer options that don't require immediate modification. I loathe cutting into brand new moving parts.

Thanks for posting this thread. The work you put into the community is great.

Hey thanks a lot! Just to make things clear. You remove the stock bumpstop? Then cut the yellow bilstein bumpstop? Before I cut or remove anything I just want to be sure. Thanks again!!

Only thing that I'm not sure about with cutting the Billies is how much compression up front is left before/after the front bump stop is engaged. If you engage the front bump stop say, after 4" travel in the front and 4.5" travel in the rear then you'll have a tendency to understeer near the limit. BS engagement is very important, it might be worth it to not only cut the stop but to have the stop engage more progressively /```\, with angled cuts like that.

Been selling and installing for over 2 years now. Never had issues with people going to road course. Only issue is people wished they saw my post before
