It seems like an awful lot of work to make your cold air intake work like a cold air intake.

Wasn't much of a problem at all with the additional insulated chamber available after the tiny Braille battery install. CO2 blast to IC and removal of the hood gasket by the windshield for engine bay heat exhaust and I'm calling it a day for this race season. I'm ready for this Saturday.

Nice work. Good Ideas. and thanks for the pics.

I was thinking of removing a partial area of hood gasket right by the R3T v2 and create a "miniscoop" in that area. Make an inlet vs. the "hot air out" idea.

          But yeah~ hood scoops.

Love to see people doing these kinds of things. I like the idea, except it going over the turbo area. I see some duct tape hiding in there haha, should hold up as long as you don't exceed 99MPH

Forge BOV recirc installed and back on the dyno. 175hp across the screen from 2000+ to 6,000! No drop in torque or HP after 4 straight pulls. Pogea FMIC at 80 degrees Rt side and 85 on left w/ laser pyrometer. Madness V2 at 7 giving decent HP and a nice straight 12.5:1 A/F ratio through 6,000 where it gets rapidly rich. Boost w/ mechanical control around 18 psi steady as a rock through 6,000. This is where we're keeping everything for the event Saturday. A couple of quick blasts in the track parking lot showed quite a bit more torque steer but the ride was exhilarating, about 40+ more hp at 5,500 - 6,00. Wow! Thanks Jim at MSR and Joseph at 500 Madness! See you at the Hennesey Texas Half Mile!

Tq held very steady around 180 multiple pulls. MSR is a 2.4 mi FIA sanctioned track. It can be run in either direction. It is about 20 miles south of downtown houston. They just hosted the Abarth Experience there a few weeks ago.
