How do they sound in that location?

I tried using the stock location but the sound bounces around too much with the higher pitch horns and I dont like it.

When I have time I'm going to try mounting them like this.

They sound fine in that location. A hell of a lot better than the factory horn. I wanted them at the lower area to where you could see them through the grille. A guy on YouTube has a video that shows he mounted them by the crash bumper mount. He must have had to force the bumper on when I mounted them there the fog lights hit unless he has different fog lights. I tried everything and couldn't get the bumper on. If you just the same mounting location that I did by coolant reservoir and battery you have to be sure nothing hits the horn of it degrades the sound. I wish I would have saw that mounting spot you show that looks like it will work as it's behind but think the horns may be a bit muffled at that location. That photo of those hella horns is fine if you have an after market inter cooler. With the factory intercooler there is no room that's why I mounted them by battery and coolant reservoir.

Today I got the wife's 2015 Abarth back on the road after changing lower radiator hose. I ordered one hose from the stealer, and it is still not been delivered to the dealer. I found one new on Ebay they had it to me in a few days. If the stealer ordered the right part I will have a spare anyone that needs one let me know. I posted this photo to show why I call her Fiat Abarth a Pregnant Rollerskate. When we first bought it that is what I called it, and that is where I came up with the forum screen name. I love this little car PITA to work on as there is very little room but these little cars are something else.IMG_20200118_130114.jpg Here is a photo of the cute ABarth near my Tundra beast

I may try those mini deflectors, as the ones that came with mine just don't stay attached (no idea what brand they are). They just tape to the rubber weather striping which is not flat enough, so gaps form over time.

How do the ones you have attach? It looks like they fit under the weatherstripping?

Thanks, I may have to try those once the tape comes off of mine again. Although at the end of the video I did feel bad for the guy having to sit in the car with the windows closed for 24hrs.

I like that style, but don't take the advice of the written adverts and leave your windows cracked when parked. I did that on the PU and came back to find the stereo, tools, a backpack and my dog training gear missing. The thief yanked the visor, pried the window out of its channel, and let himself in.

Thief was probably pissed - that took a lot longer than smashing it with his elbow.

Actually, it was a matter of grabbing the window top and giving it a yank... quicker and quieter than using the key bob.

Either way though, closing the window fully will not deter anyone who is serious.
