The Abarth owners "Roll Call" thread

Name is Andy. Native northern Virginian although I did try living down in Wilmington, NC for about 5 years. Luckily I'm back in VA where I belong. Work as a technical graphic designer for one of NoVA's many govt contractors. Would love to give that up if I could find a way to afford life volunteering either for dog adoption or biking for charity. First Fiat was a 500 Sport but after months of saying "I wouldn't pay more for an Abarth" I went and traded it in on one and glad I did. At work I either get made fun of for how low the car is or how loud. In my 'lil circle of Abarth owners I hang out with I'm also known for putting on and taking off vinyl decals. I just can't make up my mind. Luckily in white the Abarth doesn't need decals to look sweet.

Names Scott, 2 weeks from turning 45. Did an 8 year stint in the Navy as a TM on the Dallas and active during the Persian Gulf War escorting surface ships through the Gulf. Now a Chemical Engineer for a aerospace composites firm.

My name is Jim, I'm 67, retired and live in Matthews NC but spend the majority of my time in SW Virginia at a mountain retreat that I plan to move to soon. I served in the Air Force from 1964 till 1972 as a forward air controller. I've always loved cars & motorcycles and have covered most of the US and a lot of Canada as well as some of Asia and Europe on bikes.

My garage has my '07 Shelby GT and my BMW 1200GS but they both collect a lot of cobwebs since purchasing Meatball a 19 months ago.



My best buddy is Baxter, my 2009 Minature Schnauzer. He loves the Abarth also.
