OK, here is the official fix to take care of the fast clocks on some cars! It involves reflashing the IPC.

Flash: Clock In The Cluster Gains Time
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves updating the software in the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).
MODELS:
2012 (FF) Fiat 500
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some customers may notice that their clock may gain time.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in
TechCONNECT, verify no DTC's are set. If DTC's are present record them on the repair
order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin.
If the customer describes the symptom, perform the Repair Procedure.

Nice it's finally here, too many people (me included) got a cluster replaced (on my Pop) and then the clock was too fast! Wonder if the flash will address that as well...

I don't mind the fast clock too much. It keeps me on time!
