I've always liked the Jolly. Hertz Selezione Italia has 3 unique ones... taking a clue from the 500e... built by Garage Italia.

I feel your pain. I don't understand how a car enthusiast can give up the sound of a well tuned engine. Maybe they didn't grow up listening to great sounding engines? When I think of all the great engines, and the legendary engineers that turned metal into something close to living and breathing and then that being replaced by a soulless electric motor I just shake my head.

Now combine this with autonomous driving? I can see in the future spending more time with my electric bass, building scale models and loving my old cars (before they are made illegal).

Wasn’t this first one a Fiat production?

I think this last was a screen shot from a documentary on Sophia-in her jolly.

I saw 2 of the Hertz examples at Rome's Fiumicino airport this summer. We rented from Hertz and we saw the yellow one when we picked up the rental and the light blue one when we returned the rental car.

I didn't know the tri-color version existed! Thanks for sharing!

When they had the ones on display, they laid sand around them to make it feel "beachy". Cool stuff
When I grow up, I want to be a Ferrari!

Yeah, Woody Allen took that scene directly from an old VW ad. When they were pushing it into the water, everyone expected it to float (another ad).
