Plug in Tuner for the Abarth!!! maybe

I'm working with BullyDog tuners right now to get us a flash tuner!! I've been talking with a rep for the last little bit, they're working their way down the list, but the Abarth is soon.

He is going to get back with me tomorrow, and hopefully going to setup the Beta test. Trevec, for the sake of having a modified Abarth already, I may need to come visit you so we can try out this tuner on your ride; mine is stock for the time being, so I'll be testing on mine, and then trevec willing his next. I'll be posting all the results and information I get from BullyDog.

The tuner we'll be trying out has a MSRP of $499 I believe. They're on sale for $469 right now, so its pretty well priced compared to the piggyback ecu's. If/when this comes to market, I'll get the word out for pre-orders.

All that said, tomorrow sometime I'll have some more news in regards to the time frame we'll be working with. I've also put in an application with Diablosport Tuners, so maybe they'll both give me a shot with beta testing. That'll provide a fair comparison between the two.

After all this comes to fruition, and I'm in Memphis hanging out with some of the other members here; we'll go to Dynospeed and get some dyno results on stock, and whatever tunes they provide. < that should be an Abarth icon instead......

Bully Dog is a reputable tuner. Hopefully, they and/or Diablo Sports can pull it off. It's always a good thing to have other options in the works.

I don't have a contact there, but I'll see what I can come up with tho. I figured you might be game for a guinea pig

I sort of forgot about Hypertech, couldn't think of them by name. I'll post later today after my phone call with BullyDog, even dude sounded excited about it.

    Per Diablosport Tuners:

"There have been talks about doing something for them but nothing written in stone yet. Get as many people as you can to post in the “future product request” section of our forum. The more interest we see, the sooner it can be done."

So join their forum and post up appartently.....what a sh!tty response diablosport...

BullyDog also recently cracked the Toyota ECU codes... SO maybe they can figure out how to communicate with our ECU's... if it's worth the R&D time that is!

    DiabloSport registration:

    http://diablosport.com/users/register.html

DiabloSport forum to post you want to see an Abarth tuner after registration:

    https://www.diablosport.com/forum/vi...p?f=41&t=46559

Please take 10 minutes, even if you don't particularly want a DiabloSport tuner, to register and make a post. I don't care if you forget about it afterwards, just need a little bit of initial support to get them to get a Beta Test out.

I'm working on HyperTech next trevc.
