ACS-Cavallino Abarth Grill Insert with LED's

Fiat 500 Abarth Bumper Grill Insert Pn 40-4-038

Cavallino grill insert is a replacement grill for the 2012-2014 Fiat 500 Abarth NA front grill insert. The agressive grill insert will improve airflow to the engine's radiator and turbo intercoolers. Certainly it will also let others know your Abarth is like no other..... The new grill insert is ferocious yet compelling to the Abarth's personality.

Original grill will need to be removed, center octagonal section can be re-used in the center portion. Some trimming is required.

The image is in black primer, primer is not UV stable, I do recommend you paint the part. This can be done by a professional painter or even a spray can. Primer will not offer any long term protection.

ACS, I know you have the photo on your website of the grill insert installed on a bumper, but do you have any full vehicle shots of the product on a vehicle?

any chance of a metal hi-flowing grill option for the center portion? How hard would it be to have that made here locally in terms of surface area to attach to on the backside of your grill. Do you have any pics of the back?

That would be a very simply option.

We actually call to re-use the OEM mesh grill section and fasten the grill section with supplied tie-wraps. You can simply cut any mesh material and install the same way. That would be a cool option.

Cool. Can you tell us a little more about the LED light bar? Does it use CREE LED's? How many watts are the LED's each? And/or is it rated at X amount of lumens? Trying to gauge whether it is at all functional, vs. cosmetic.

EDIT: Woops also forgot to ask: Can we re-use our stock FOGs still with this grill or do we need to loose them no matter what for fitment? Where do the ABS diagonal bars of the grill frame fall in relation to the stock fogs?
