I 1st purchased the MM combo ECU and Power Pedal with remote. I installed the ECU first and used it for about 1month then installed the Power Pedal. I found the MM ECU to be very peakey ( not smooth ) almost unforegiving at the #2 on race mode. I sold it at very cheap price sans remote. I decided to keep the Power pedal and used the remote for that. I replaced the ECU with the Road Race Motorsports model and I was very pleased. Since I was bitten hard by this mod bug I have recently sold the original TMC based RRM ECU and have the new model on order. I expect it to be like every other product made by RRM and be excellent. I will report back when it arrives.

Independent Dyno results are the best. I'll bet, certainly hope, you will not hear any crap about the validity of your results.

    Thanks, Looking forward to it.

NORCALSS did you do the check valve mod yet, and do you have an aftermarket diverter or atmo BOV yet? I think before you spend time/$ dynoing all these it would be best to fix all the boost leaks (or potential boost leaks if we feel better about calling them that instead).

PS I have an extra check valve I can ship with the MM ECM for you to test with. It's such a quick install you might even do a pull before and after the check valve to get us some #'s on that mod too even....

It would be difficult to obtain true, unskewed results in a shootout without being subject to the same car, mods, and conditions.

And thats why I did the first post and its not hard.

    same dyno
    same gas
    same car
    shop temps always from 60-65
if it got up to 90 in san francisco in nov or december id be surprised and ivwouldnt dyno the car if there was a big change in weather.

being at sea level and avg temp of san francisco at 65 its easy to get a correct dyno reading

Sorry, misunderstood, thanks for the clarification. Hope you can round up all of the boxes, including the new Ultimate 3. Look forward seeing to your dyno results.

bomba valve is in and the fmic will ehlp with leaks. Main thing is to get a base line and then do the tune boxes as the only change.

Doesn't the Boomba valve prohibit the charcoal canister from purging?
