    Steering assist increase

    The MOPAR Rear Shim Kit was released under a TSB to bring the rear alignment toe to within specification.
    It had nothing to do with wheel bearings.

    Steering assist increase

    Alignment and/or tires should help. A competent alignment shop should find any suspension issues, i.e. damaged/ worn out components. My previous 500 Sport

    I don't know about the OTS, but the OTR ("radiale" heads... hemi) was rear engine with radiator up front per the articles. I've not seen one
