I've put together a map of where shops are that are willing and able to work on FIATs. Not everyone wants to do their own work apparently.

It's not remotely comprehensive yet as it's only the ones I've seen mentioned, or have some experience with. If you know of others then let me know!.

A person on another site mentioned NGK plugs failed in his 500, after a couple thousand miles. I had a small misfire in my PU, so pulled a plug. The plugs have maybe 6K miles on them and I found the auto parts store sold me a set of fake NGK plugs, like the guy in this video. (Except I paid retail, not the $15 as in his post.)

NGK stamps a S/N on the "nut" which can be verified on NGK's website. Live and learn.
