Have 2013 POP with ignition key that will not turn at all, believe it to be a bad key cylinder but have to get to acc position to remove the cylinder and it won't turn that far, giggled and giggled forever and nothing, tried WD40, blown air in it- Have now removed ignition switch w/ cylinder in it from the steering column by removing anti-tamper bolts but still can't get cylinder out - HELP local dealer who has next to no Fiat inventory is of little help and wanted to estimate $1000 - $2000 for possible repair, no thanks.
