Hi Guy's, I just installed a big turbo and catless downpipe and Toby is sending me a new tune in a few weeks. I have a check engine light because of the catless downpipe and it's a little loud for me. Will the new tune take care of the check engine light for the new catless downpipe and what would you do to quiet the exhaust down?

So I usually don't drive too crazy cause LA traffic doesn't really allow it. A few days ago I went WOT because wth I had the open road for it, probably a 40-80 mph quick push. I can't be sure of the type of noise but I heard and felt a definite stutter in power delivery during the full throttle accel. Glanced at the turbo gauge for a second and I think I saw a shimmy in it, but I can't be 100% sure till I do some testing to recreate, also the gauge was peaked so it was kinda hard to tell, mighta been my imagination. I'm thinking boost leak, but I'd like a second opinion so as I test I can be aware of what to look for. I've read some stories about coil packs being a needed upgrade when you push these engines, but I didn't think it felt misfirey. Thoughts?

NGK DCPR9IEX plugs, less than 2k on them
GFB DV+
Turbo Blanket

Edit: Can someone describe the breakup people speak of at higher rpm, so I can look for that symptom and continue to narrow?
