So im reading through the net just trying to see what all is being done for the 500 in general and have yet to see any company take on the engine without the turbo. Without doing serious harm to the engine or having to spend thousands upon thousands to pull power out of the non turbo is it even possible to really get some extra hp out of the car (not just an intake) or is it just not even worth it? if this has already been discussed feel free to just throw a link up.

I would recommend the roadrace timing controller.

It's a combustion engine like any other, make it breathe better both into and out and it's going to perform. As far as not wanting to spend huge amounts of money, the game of horsepower is pretty simple
1.Fast
2.Cheap
3.Reliable
Pick two of the three choices.

I think with and intake, GOPedal, and an exhaust you'll be off to a really good start! Then maybe lighten it up a bit
