    Wheel Pictures & Fitment Information

After chasing down individual posts via search and creative search terms, I would love a single thread with pictures and info on wheels that fit our cars. Seen it on most of the other forums I have frequented, curious why there is not one here...

    Suggested format from FTY below:
Wheels: diameter brand offset bolt pattern
    Tires: brand model size
    Suspension: stock, springs, coilovers
Ride height: (hub to fender) F: R: if you have the gumption
    Alignment: Stock Specs
    PICS PICS PICS!!!

I agree. Kinda like there's one for tint. Makes it easier to determine which route I want to go. A wheel thread I could then see cars next to each other to determine which look I want.

Looks good, and thse wheels look very light.

I am debating a color change for my 17" stock wheels or a set of Monzas or Rota RBs for a retro look, but with good tires like some RE-11A's. Searching for pics of those combos has been driving me nuts on this and other Fiat forums.

Wish Fiat offered the stock 17 inch wheel in 16 inch black, not anthracite but black and wider.

average weight of my set of wheels (each wheel comes with a tag with the name of the machinist and exact wheel weight) is about 13.92lb or so. nominal weight of the r1r in that size is 19lbs, (although obviously there's going to be variance). i loved the re-11s on my rsx (215-45-17 on 17x8s). very very well behaved on the road, but instant traction when you need it with very little prep (warmup) needed. another great thing about the re-11s was that they are very progressive and audibly communicative at the limit. as you approach the limit they start screaming and otherwise make it obvious that you're about to break something loose. when it then happens, it doesn't just instantly break loose, but gives way relatively slowly (compared to a dedicated autox tire like the star specs), and makes progressively more noise as it goes. also, the re-11 had the most insane sidewall stiffness of any tire i've ever been on, i couldn't even get them to roll even when i was trying, and that was without inflating above a pretty reasonable 34psi or so (under a 2600lb rsx-s).

so far, i have only put a few miles on the r1rs, so i don't have much to say about them other than that they take a long time to warm up.

OK, I decided to move this to General Discussion as to get the most attention and I felt no other place really fit perfectly. I moved from the Abarth section as this can benefit all 500 owners. You'll also note that it has been stuck.
Hope this is satisfactory to everyone.

                  Wheels: 16x8 Avid 1 AV-12 +25ET 4x100 (wobble bolts)

                  Tires: Falken ZE-912 205/40/16

Suspension: V-maxx coilovers, no rear spring perches

                  Ride height: F: 11.75" R: 12.5"

                  Alignment: Stock Specs

This is my rear suspension at it's lowest when angling out of my driveway. With the suspension fully compressed, the fender still clears the tire. NO RUBBING.
