Hey guys.
I really want to get the asset to course oz legend a wheels but they
Are really pricey, $250 each here in the states.
I was on tire rack.com today and saw these, interesting right?

These just just like the leggendas but for half the price.
The only thing is they are listed as 16x7 vs the oz being 17".
The other thing is the lettering is the classic sparco blue, while I have red caps and stripes.
Also may go with red check roof too.

If they are just decals, which I'm hoping I can just have new decals duplicated in red.
I also emailed about this and the sizing/weight. I have not gotten a response yet, but when I do I will update.

So what do you think about these on a white/red abarth?
I love the look of these and the oz version.

Strange, normally they list weight.

But did you notice this:

This fitment requires a unique floating seat bolt. Do not re- use the O.E. lug hardware! Each hub has two locator pins that must be removed before installing aftermarket wheels! Wheel is 4-100 bolt pattern. Aggressive fitment. May require fender modification for proper clearance.

Not a 4x98, but a 4x100 with wobble bolts.

Love those wheels, and I do believe they make 4x98 specific wheels that won't require wobble bolts.

Those wheels look like they'd suit the car's character fine. I'd leave the blue lettering as it is... never did like things overly matched.

I checked Tire Rack, and every wheel that I checked (at least for a winter wheel/tire combo) had the same note re 'unique floating seat bolt', other than one make.

That is a why I picked up a set of stock 16" wheels with tires for my winter setup.

Wobble bolts dont bother me, its only 2mm. + the wheels are hubcentric.

OZ/Sparco are also German TUV approved and are included with the wheels.

The Assetto Corse cars also run them.

I'm also having trouble trying to find anyone who had problems with them.

Alloys or steelies? Did you buy them from Fiat?

My stock 16"s will be for sale, as soon as my car finally arrives!

those with red lettering would look nice on a white Abarth

Alloys, stock Abarth 16" (with tires and TPMS) from someone who went to aftermarket 17" wheels. The Sport wheels are almost the same, so you could buy these and get the Abarth center caps. Sets aer available every so often in the classified.

I am not aganist wobble bolts, just pointing out the use of them, so you can make a decision with all the facts.

I am more concerned about having to pull the alignment pins. I hate putting on wheels with bolts and no aligment pin. I hope someone comes up with a stud set soon.

I ordered mine with 16"s, im thinking i could sell the stock 16"s and pick these up and a set of springs.

You can probably sell your 16s.

I bought a set off a guy who did this, I will use them as winter wheels and tires.

Yeah, M12 x1.25 is hard to find.

M12x1.5 is standard across a large number of Euro brands.

I emailed that people at the link given to ask abuot wheel studs for our cars.

But some time with Google found that they are not uncommon in Europe. In the UK there is a company called Grayston that makes them. Here is one dealer:

http://www.larkspeed.com/index.pl?c=WHEELSTUDS&s=category

I will have to see what length we need. I also found listing on eBay for these studs.

I have emailed Lark Speed about which studs and nuts are correct for the Fiat. And if they would do kits.

I am looking to buy a set of winter wheels for my Abarth. Torn between Sport Wheels, Abarth 16's and a set of 17" "pedal" wheels. So, I may be interested if you do sell.

Yes, but they come with studs from the factory, so their studs are pulled into the hub from the rear, not screwed in like ours will need to be.

Starting a new thread on wheel studs.

OP- we know that the wheels will not be the exact same color as the car, the question is - how far off will they be? I suspect the wheel is a brighter white. if you go down the road, but one wheel first to verify color match. Let us all know, i was looking at this wheel (it's called terra) the oz leggenda and the allegerita.

I crashed my race car heavily in sept 08. after rebuilding it i posted a pic to my facebook pg with the caption "crazy otto rides again". It was the title of an vinyl album my dad had liked. dont know why it came into my head at the moment. My friends have been calling me that since, at least at the race track, and more often when i exit the racing surface, blow up a motor or crunch a transmission. :-(
