buongiorno to everyone from Oklahoma, my name is Giuseppe, Italian 1st generation from Naples (NA), actually 1/2 italian and 1/2 south tirolean.
And finally a proud owner of a Fiat 500 Pop, light green. My first Fiat was purchased in Italy, 12/1980, a white Fiat 127. Feels good in 2012 to buy Fiat again for the 1st time, like rejuvenating 32 years.
Here in Oklahoma, it's truck country, so a 500 gets many "different" looks, but also quite a few good ones. I balance the odd looks/comments witha classic Italian sentence that begings with " va fan ....... ".
So far, I made 300 miles and I'm very impressed with the car.

Greetings and saluti from OK

Oklahoma!!!

I was driving my first Fiat, an 1100D and blew a head gasket in Muskogee, OK. I found a Fiat dealer in Tulsa that had one in stock.

You should always have pizza with you for the pickup truck crowd, once they have real pizza they will be nice.

Welcome.

From one Okie to another, welcome. Don't stay away from Fiat so long the next time!

Va a fare in culo? Now, now. We're (1/2) Italian and nicer than that. :peaceful: Oklahoma has a great song, but I must admit that I don't know much else about them. Someday, maybe. Welcome and enjoy!

Benvenuto. A Napoli dove hai vissuto?

Born in Pittsburgh. :) Grandparents were 2nd generation Italian, mother married the son of a Scotch-Irish coal miner. The Italian I know couldn't put a sentence together. Not much better at English, but I've been practicing for 60+ years.

Nicer than that, peaceful? You never met my aunt Cecilia! But she goes to mass every Sunday. God love her!
