We have had a number of requests from 500 owners on putting together a little, simple How To Video on installing these. Here you go!

Once you see how to do it, you will agree it is really easy. The key is knowing how to install that little bracket. We hope this helps.

In the future as new products come out we will put out short, simple how to video clips and host them on our site for those that would like a little assistance.

I had one heck of a time installing these window air deflectors. The metal holding bracket for the back of the deflector dug deep scratches into the plastic on the door frame of the car. After I had them installed, the window would not close without binding.
I installed them as instructed. But there is not enough room in the door frame for both the deflector and the window to fit. Too bad because I really love the look of these deflectors.

I do not know what exactly happened in your case, but we have installed them with no issues and have shipped out loads of them without any complaints. We had several people return them and had a couple that could not figure out how to put them on and that is why we put out this video.

In reality the product has had less then a 2-3% return/problem with install ratio.

When sliding in the bracket care must be taken no to scratch the pillar, but if you are careful it should not happen.

Sorry you had a problem, but I personally took this video last week and we took less then 2 minutes per side to install the item and it worked fine.
