    USB and steering wheel control issues?

    I'm not sure this is the right section to post this, but here goes:

    I have a 2013 500 Sport, purchased used, and since day one I cannot seem to get the USB port in the glove box to work. I've tried all kinds of different cables, and even tried resetting the car by disconnecting the battery, but no luck. Could it be a fuse, maybe? I was scrolling through the forum and I guess I'm not the only one that has had an issue with this. Any ideas?

    Also, the other issue I've discovered is that the VR button on the steering wheel doesn't work. Every other button on the steering wheel works, but when I press the VR button, nothing works. This has also been an issue since I bought the car.

    Any kind of input is appreciated, guys.
