31167Does anyone know what this warning light means? Both of the backup lights are functioning. Driving me crazy.

Did you just replaced the backup lights with LED bulbs? :P If you did, that's the reason for the error message to come out if you didn't have inline resistors installed along with the LED bulbs.

Try tapping on the taillight while the X is in reverse. If one of the bulbs flickers you have a cracked filament. Bulbs fail in one of two ways either the filament is wide open (obvious) or the filament is cracked in one spot from vibration. If cracked all it would take is one flicker to give you the error.

Ive had the X in reverse (with no one driving) by putting it in reverse and applying the emergency brake. Wouldn't leave it like that long but it works for observing the taillights.

Tailights come out easily...two star screws under the hatch on each side. Remove the two screws taillight pops out. There is an open channel behind the taillight that likes to collect water/debree. Worth inspecting if you get a chance.
