I just got back from visiting family in europe and I love the look of the european taillights, is there anyone who has tried these on a 500e?

Apparently it was part of the 2016 Fiat 500 update, however the US only received interior changes (such as the UConnect screen), not exterior changes (bumpers and lights).

thanks for the head's up... i'll probably do the mod eventually, i found the taillights on ebay OEM NIB for about 115E a piece direct from italy- much cheaper than the UK version.

Nice find. Looks like they're putting a 2nd light in the turn signal (I think the reverse lights moved down to the bumper on the facelift cars?)

Thanks! Which harness did you use? I've seen some videos online where the turn signal uses the reverse light, and another video showing the turn signal using the larger red brake light. I'm wondering if that's dependent on the harness. How do your turn signals operate?
