Honestly it depends on your budget. if you have the money, get a EC v4.1 intake. look good and more color options. if money matters to you, then the cheaper options are the EC v2.1 short ram. that one allows you to retain your factory airbox. or get a K&N intake. I have that one and i like it.

I will have a Eurocompulsion V3 Intake w/ K&N Panel Filter and Ram-Air boot for sale later this evening if you're interested. The unit has maybe 1K miles on it at most.

V4.1 is hands down the best intake in my opinion... I've had 3 other intakes from 2 other vendors and none of them compare to it... I did notice a performance increase when I switched to it...

I ran the rrm for a while and it was good. Now i just run a net in front of the turbo inlet. Have been doing that with hondas for years now. Theyre all just pipes with a filter imho.

I'm not a hard driver but when I did finally make the switch to the 4.1 by the calculator I did pick up some performance and gas mileage

I had the Madness CAI on my Abarth and loved the sound. Not the best, but decent price compared to the EC. I sold my Abarth last year, but I have the Madness intake for sale if interested? I'm motivated to sell so make me an offer.

Hmmmm... I have to say I respectfully disagree with this method of filtering. Seems very susceptible to dust and water.

yeaaahhhh thats not a filter. That's mesh. It'll prevent rocks, and bees from going in there... but holy crap is that engine going to live a short life and burn a ton of oil doing it.

I was imagining a big version of the dome filters people use on velocity stacks. That's... scary.

K&N SUPER SHOT, costs about $90 and very easy to install. better than a drop in filter imo and not as costly as the other intake systems.
