View Full Version : UConncect clock sync problem

We have a brand new 2017 500 that is supposed to sync with the GPS time on my phone, but every time we try, it sets the clock exactly 6 hours ahead. We've tried using different phones, and it still does the same thing. Our local dealer says it seems to be problem with UConnect 5.0, and told us to contact Fiat directly. Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kori-I just responded on the other forum. I also just heard back form Fiat customer service-they also suggested we take it to a local dealer, which we did. They couldn't get it to work, and when they tried the sync clock feature on other new 500s running UConnect 5.0, they discovered they had the exact same problem-it would get the minutes right, but set the hour six hours ahead. The only thing they could suggest was to contact Fiat directly. What do we do now?
