Our local studio in Austin has agreed to host our monthly meet up for March on the 12th. I already have a commit from a few classic and new Fiat guys and am working on getting the Alfa crowd out as well. Come on out and enjoy some Italian car comradery! Stay tuned for more details.

That is very cool! It seems like an easy and no-cost no-brainer that more dealers should try to both support their customers and attract new ones!

Angela there at the dealership was a big help in convincing the general manager to do it. One of our local x1/9 guys, Ed, helped keep the pressure up as well. He probably made it seem like there were 50 people asking about it sillylol

Well folks I just got word from the dealership that they are canceling the meet. Lets meet up at Top Notch Hamburgers instead.

Boo on cancelling !!! (Although, I am committed to the every-Saturday 9am bike ride from Mellow Johnny's) I was half counting on rain so I could show up.
Sure beats driving into town during SXSW...even though we start north of the river and will likely head north-er from there. A couple of our routes cross Burnet on Northcross Dr(IF that is the way we go tomorrow...might drop by!), since it's just a couple of blocks from Top Notch!!!

I shall try to make it...57 degrees and damp is not my idea of bike riding weather(maybe after lunch ;) )
I may have to park on the other side of the restaurant...in case I'm driving the C70 instead of the Elle.

We had a nice little turn out despite the fuster cluck. Rudy took some photos, but he's "working" with film so it might be awhile before they surface, lol...
