View Full Version : New Matte Black 17x8.25, 4x100 Rims on my Abarth

I couldn't get very good photos due to the bright sun today. We haven't had a winter this year... Its like it went straight to spring time.

Installed today a set of Matte Black XXR wheels in size 17x8.25. Not sure what the model number is but if you Google the new Ferrari FXX-K, its nearly the same style. Close enough that Id call it a 'replica.'
I don't remember what offset the shop ordered, but they are perfect with the fenders front and rear.

I previously had Hyper Black Abarth 17's with 16mm rear and 12mm front spacers.
This wheelset did not require any spacers to be set in the right place.

They are 4x100, but the shop ordered 'Tuner Wobble Bolts' from the UK at $100 for the set. Not cheap, but they work perfectly to fit these to Fiat's 4x98 bolt pattern.

I had a local plastic shop cut me out some new center caps that are being 'wrapped' in vinyl with the stock Abarth wheel cap Scorpion logo. I'll post up a few photos once I get them installed.

The stock Pirelli P-Zero Nero tires were used and the stretch looks perfect.

Additional Info: Car is lowered with Madness 1.4 front / 2.0 rear springs.

Nice. Goes well with the stripes, mirror caps, and tint.

I was just thinking about getting these exact rims. Do they stick out at all or rub? What offset are they? Finally what size tire did you go with? Sorry for all the question but really interested in those rims

They might actually 'stick out' just a few mm. Makes the whole car look wide and aggressive. Hard to capture on a cell phone camera.

No rubbing at all.

As I said above, I don't know what offset the shop ordered. The owner of the shop had seen an Abarth at SEMA last year with these wheels and knew what fitment to get. If I remember correctly, the wheels are built for a Mazda.

Also as I mentioned, the stock size tire was used. The stretch is mild and looks perfect to me. I don't care for crazy stretch. Stock size tires on an Abarth are 205.40.17.

Looks great, always like the look of XXR wheels. :)

wrapping the hood or the top might actually make it look more aggressive with this color combo you got going now. (of course wrap it black if you decide to). Honestly I don't see many black rim, black stripe, with a wrapped hood or top too often on here, so might be cool to check it out.

They're XXR 527s. Replicas of WedsSport TC105N:

Offset for the 527 in that size and bolt pattern is either 0 or +25.

Thank you for the additional specs!

Here's a photo of a Ferrari FXX-K that has these XXR's on it! Just kidding! They do look very similar though.

They're 17x8.25 +25

Thank you for the specs. I just confirmed with the shop they are +25.

I was thinking today how much I like the look of flairs, maybe I should have gone with 0 offset!
