I just want to take a moment to say thank you to Joseph at 500 madness for the best customer service that I have ever received. I initially ordered a set of wheels that for some reason just did not work on my car. After several attempts to get the issue resolved locally I reached out to Joseph and not only did he work with me on getting my wheels returned and shipped back (after being mounted) but he offered me store credit for the cost of the wheels, the shipping, and the cost I incurred for mounting and balancing. As a result, I purchased the madness ECU and Cavallino front splitter and could not be happier with my decision! The ECU really does wake this little car up and the front splitter really rounds out the look of the car with it's lowered stance. I will snap some pics once I have a moment this week.

Again thank you Joseph, 500 Madness will honestly be getting every penny that I spend on this little red addiction based on service excellence and an amazing line of products!

Nice. Looks like the splitter is well matched to the front black lip piece in color and possibly texture.

Thank you. Yes the splitter is a perfect match in color and texture and really does look OEM. It is very well made and a solid addition to the front end.

16543 Long time Vishnu! First off I want to thank you for your understanding and allowing me the opportunity to make things right. Situations come up, issues happen, it's about how we handle those difficult situations that counts! I'm glad you were satisfied with the outcome and the fact you took the time to post a review means a lot.

I look forward to assisting you in the future and by the way, the car looks GREAT!

Thank you,
Joseph

Madness Art here! Just wanted to chime in and apologize for anything that I said or did to give you the impression that we did not want your business and extend my personal apology for not saying goodbye when the work on your car was completed. In all actuality the reason I did not come out was most likely due to being tied up on phone calls at the time your car was complete as we've been very busy recently.

To be honest there isn't enough information above to actually remember who you are (not enough specifics) which is besides the point. BUT, I really tried to recall who you might be (because I personally wanted to reach out) and extend the apology over the phone but I couldn't place a face or name with the details above.

In the event you read this and are willing to reach out, email me (adominguez@madnessautoworks.com) as I'd like to speak with you if possible.

Regardless of all else, thank you again for the business and support and congrats on the car and mods (seems like you've done more from the reading above.)

Happy motoring!
