So I've been contemplating in bringing up my tire pressure on the 500e. I was wondering for people that have done this, what pressure are you running? what difference in range will it give you? thanks.

Higher pressure will improve range, but only slightly. The tradeoff is increased harshness in the ride, and some increase in twitchiness. You can likely improve range much more dramatically by altering your driving habits.

And overinflation can cause uneven wear, i.e. your tires not lasting as long, and lower adhesion, less stopping power and less cornering power.

thanks for the replies.... cold pressure is usually at 37 psi... is that good enough?

The factory sticker on the door of my 2014 500e says cold tire pressure of 35 psi front and rear.

It does not have different values for 1 person, 2 people, full load... I'd stick with the 35 psi cold (at around 70 degrees ambient) unless you have 4 people or a heavy load in the back (is that possible ha ha?)

Mine arrived at 39, and have been running with that.
