Last week, my wife was at the dentist getting work done so I had some time to kill. I decided to visit my locate studio, Fiat of Denver (not to be confused with Fiat of North Denver).

I get out and a salesman approaches me, "Do you have a car in service?"

"Ah, no"

"I'm here to kill time and look at cars, waiting to see the 500X."

"500X, what's that?"

I stared blankly at him for a moment

"Is that the 4X4 they are coming out with?"

"Yes, it should be revealed on October 2nd and go on sale shortly afterwards."

"I'm surprised you know more about it than I do...they don't tell us a damn thing."

Salesman walks off and resumes his smoke.

At least I got to see a 2015 auto Abarth in Red with a black top....it was a thing of beauty.

Not surprised. There are Fiat fans, and then there are the rest of the people. Fans will know details, look for them, many folks becoming experts about what they are a fan of. And then there are the rest of the people. They may be fans of something, but it's not necessarily about where they work. That person could be a sports fan, a culinary genius, an avid stamp collector, or...something else.

It might not be advantageous to know about what is coming out. You want to sell what is on the lot. And that's what you need to know a bit about.
